Preksha means "VIEW" and "BEHOLD." We believe that children first absorb anything new through their eyes, then through touch, creating lasting impressions and fostering effortless learning. This is the simplicity and essence of learning, and it’s the inspiration behind the name ‘Preksha’.

We are an authentic Montessori house of children, situated in a warm and welcoming environment in your neighborhood. With decades of experience and a passion for guiding children's self-discovery, we strive to nurture them into socially vibrant individuals. At Preksha, we understand that each child is unique. We celebrate their uniqueness and respect their individuality.

The first part of learning happens through seeing and observing, which is the significance of the name ‘Preksha.’ Children are naturally keen observers; whether you tell them or not, they observe and learn. Keeping this strong natural ability in mind, we at Preksha provide a prepared Montessori environment, employing a systematic teaching methodology with Montessori-qualified facilitators.

Every child is born with amazing capabilities, and our objective is to help them become self-reliant individuals. The first step in this journey is to encourage children to become independent. Independence is a gradual process that can begin as early as possible, and it is not something children can achieve on their own. By showing confidence in the child's capabilities, providing necessary help and guidance, and giving them the freedom to make their own decisions, we foster a sense of independence. As children learn to perform simple activities by themselves, this sense of independence takes root and grows.

Our Academic Head brings decades of experience to our team. We believe that ‘Constant Learning’ is essential for growth, and we have pursued specialized courses and rich experiences beyond the basics. Our support staff is also trained to help and support the children in the right way.
