Welcome to Preksha Montessori . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website, enrolling your child, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
* Children must meet the age requirements for their respective programs (Toddler: 1.8-2.4 years, Montessori: 2.4 to 6 years)
* Parents/guardians must complete all required admission forms and provide necessary documentation
* Medical certificates and immunization records must be up to date
* Submit a completed admission application form
* Pay the non-refundable registration fee
* Attend a parent orientation session
* Complete all required documentation
Preksha Montessori reserves the right to accept or decline any admission application at its sole discretion. Admission is subject to space availability and completion of all requirements.
* Tuition fees are due on or before the first day of each term.
* Fees must be paid via bank transfer, cheque, or online payment methods.
* Late payment may result in a late fee charge and/or suspension of services.
* Registration fees are non-refundable.
* Tuition fees paid in advance are non-refundable except in cases of withdrawal with 30 days written notice.
* No refunds will be provided for absences, holidays, or temporary closures.
* In case of permanent closure by Preksha, prorated refunds will be issued.
Additional charges may apply for field trips, special events, extended care, meals, and other optional services. Parents will be notified in advance of any additional costs.
Our preschool operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Special closures will be communicated in advance.
* Children must be dropped off and picked up by authorized persons only
* Parents must notify us in advance if someone else will pick up your child
* Late pick-up may result in additional daycare charges
Please notify us if your child will be absent. No tuition adjustments will be made for absences, vacations, or illness.
* Children who are ill should not be brought to school
* Children with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions must stay at home
* Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning
* We reserve the right to send home any child who appears unwell
Staff may administer medication only with written parental consent and clear instructions. All medications must be in original containers with proper labeling.
In case of medical emergency, we will attempt to contact parents immediately. If unreachable, we will contact emergency contacts and seek appropriate medical care. Parents are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
Parents must inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs. We will make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
We maintain a positive and nurturing environment. Our discipline approach focuses on:
* Positive reinforcement and encouragement
* Clear, age-appropriate expectations
* Redirection and natural consequences
* Open communication with parents
* We reserve the right to terminate enrollment if a child’s behavior poses a risk to themselves, other children, or staff, or if parents fail to cooperate in addressing behavioral concerns
Parents/Guardians agree to:
* Provide accurate and complete information on all forms
* Keep emergency contact information current
* Pay all fees on time
* Provide necessary supplies (diapers, extra clothes, etc.)
* Communicate openly with staff about concerns or issues
* Pick up children on time
* Follow school policies and procedures
* Treat staff and other families with respect
We may photograph or video record children during activities for educational purposes, promotional materials, website, and social media. Parents will be asked to provide consent during enrollment. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by written notice.
Preksh Montessori reserve the right to terminate enrollment for reasons including but not limited to:
* Non-payment of fees
* Failure to comply with policies and procedures
* Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward staff
* Child’s needs exceeding our capabilities
* Behavioral issues that cannot be resolved
While we take every precaution to ensure children’s safety, accidents may occur. Parents agree to:
* Release Preksha from liability for injuries sustained during normal activities
* Indemnify and hold harmless Preksha, its staff, and affiliates from claims arising from enrollment or participation
* Acknowledge that Preksha is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings
We communicate with parents through email, phone, whatsapp, and parent-teacher meetings. Parents are responsible for reading all communications and responding promptly when required..
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
